Life coaching is a practice of assisting clients to determine and achieve personal goals. As your coach I will support your personal growth , assist with goal-setting, help to identify your personal strengths and support you towards living a happier and more satisfying life.
My undergraduate and graduate studies are in Counseling Psychology with a an emphasis on both Addictive Disorders as well as Marriage and Family Therapy. Currently I am a Doctoral student working towards my PhD in Psychology. Over the last several years I have worked with men and women dealing with transition issues in their lives, couples who are in need of rediscovering intimacy and connection within their relationship, men and women who could benefit from refining their career and life goals , at risk teens, groups of women striving towards personal growth and parents of teens who are looking at ways to facilitate better communication with their teen and help them adjust to the demands of middle school and high school. As your personal coach, I will work on helping you to achieve a work/life balance, setting goals, life planning, dealing with transition and helping you to feel more fulfilled in your personal relationships. Now is the time to get started designing the life you deserve!
